Bluetooth Data: When you connect to FGA devices, we process the readings locally on your device

When you explicitly share invoices or certificates with clients via email/PDF

With service providers who help us operate the app (Firebase, cloud storage) under strict confidentiality agreements

Access all your data stored in GasVault
Export your data in standard formats (PDF, CSV)
Delete your account and all associated data
Correct or update your information
Opt-out of non-essential communications

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all your data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., tax records).

7. Children's Privacy

GasVault is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our mobile app does not use cookies. We use Firebase Analytics to understand app usage patterns, but this data is anonymized and cannot identify individual users.
