Job scheduling and calendar management
CP12 certificate and service record generation
Quote and invoice creation
Client database management
FGA (Flue Gas Analyzer) Bluetooth integration
AI-assisted photo report generation
Offline functionality with cloud sync

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of GasVault, you agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Ensure you are Gas Safe registered (where applicable)
Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Verify the accuracy of all certificates and forms before issuing to clients
Not share your account with unauthorized users
Not use the app for fraudulent or illegal purposes

4. Professional Responsibility

IMPORTANT: GasVault is a tool to assist your work, but you remain fully responsible for:

The accuracy and completeness of all certificates, forms, and reports
Compliance with Gas Safe regulations and standards
The safety and quality of your gas engineering work
Verifying all FGA readings and measurements
Meeting all legal and regulatory requirements

GasVault does not replace your professional judgment or regulatory obligations.

5. Subscription and Payments

GasVault may offer free and paid subscription tiers:

Free tier includes basic features with limitations
Paid subscriptions unlock advanced features
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of GasVault is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

You own all data you create in GasVault
We store your data securely using Firebase
You can export or delete your data at any time
We do not sell your data to third parties

7. Intellectual Property

GasVault and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GasVault and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app
Reverse engineer or decompile the software
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Use GasVault branding without permission

8. Third-Party Services

GasVault integrates with third-party services including:

Firebase (Google) for backend services
Email services for sending invoices
Calendar sync with device calendars
Bluetooth connectivity for FGA devices

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

GasVault is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That the app will meet all your requirements
That all bugs will be corrected
Compatibility with all devices or FGA analyzers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GasVault shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Errors or inaccuracies in certificates or forms generated by the app
Issues arising from third-party services
Regulatory fines or penalties

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.

Your gas engineering work or certificates
