How to Get the Best Results

GasVault's AI is built for the way gas engineers actually talk on the job. You don't need to follow a script. A few things that help:

Mention the action first

Start with what you want to do — "create invoice", "book a job", "add appointment". GasVault listens for this to understand your intent before parsing the details.

State the client name clearly

GasVault searches your client database as soon as it hears a name. If the client is in your database, their address, email, and phone number are automatically added. If the name doesn't match, you can type it manually once the form opens.

Say the amount naturally

You can say amounts in any natural way — "one hundred and fifty", "£150", "a hundred and fifty pounds". GasVault converts it to the correct figure.

Describe dates naturally

"Next Tuesday", "the twenty-second of June", "this Friday at ten" — all work. You don't need to say dates in a specific format.
